A. BY CAR
The Bella Center is conveniently located by the highway with direct connection to Sweden. Follow the highway to the airport on route E20.
Take exit 19 to Center Boulevard and follow the sign saying "Ørestad" in bold print and "Bella Center" below.

For your convenience the Bella Center parking lot has 5,000 parking spaces.

A. You can pick up your badge at the registration desk located in the foyer of the Bella Center.

For security purposes, all attendees are asked to wear their name badge received at registration to all events during the Conference & Exhibition. Attendees without a name badge will be asked to obtain a new one from the registration desk.

Q. What is the difference between a Product Tutorial and an Education Session?

A. A Product Tutorial is a presentation that allows exhibitors to educate attendees on the solutions provided by their product or service. They last about 45 minutes during which exhibitors have the opportunity to present a case study presentation before invited attendees. The Product Tutorial theatre is located on the exhibit floor.

On the other hand, Education Sessions are given by invited speakers who discuss various topics in the healthcare industry. During the conference, there are several education sessions running at the same time, but with your attendee badge, you are allowed access into all education sessions.

Q. Is there an age limit at The World of Health IT Conference & Exhibition?

A. Yes, all registrants (including spouses or guests) must be 18 years of age or older to attend The World of Health IT Conference and Exhibition.

Q. Do I need to be registered for the conference before I can book my hotel at The World of Health IT’s rate?

A. No, but it is highly recommended that you register for both your hotel and conference registrations at the same time. After you have registered for the conference, you will be directed to the hotel registration site.

Cancellation before 6 October 2008 - € 100.00 administrative fee

Cancellation after 6 October 2008 - 100% of the registration fee will be
forfeited.
