The 2011 World of Health IT Conference and Exhibition, will be held in Budapest, Hungary, in conjunction with the annual eHealth High Level Ministerial Conference — eHealth2011 — which is co-organised by the European Commission and the Hungarian Presidency of the EU.
This annual event, hailed as the largest and most complete pan-European healthcare IT conference and exhibition; features panel discussions, debates, high-level presentations and case studies on eHealth’s contribution to healthcare delivery.

Three different themes in the area of eHealth and health IT have been named:

- eHealth Market: Present and Prospects — eHealth applications that have already resulted in the development of new approaches and business models, or are expected to bear fruit in the near future;
- eHealth Users’ Platform — examining the needs, the expectations and the ideas of the European health professionals on eHealth.
WoHIT is accepting submissions from Monday, 19 July, 2010 until Friday, 10 September 2010.
