Attendee / Individual Hotel Reservations
Hotel accommodation bookings can be completed when registering for conference. If you are unable to reserve a hotel room at that time you may download the Hotel Accommodations pdf and send to MCI Brussels or contact them at the information to the right. Online Hotel Reservations
MCI Brussels, the official hotel agency for the World of Health IT specifically selected hotels, at negotiated rates, for all conference attendees and exhibitors.
Hotel accommodation is subject to availability. Requests received after 14 September 2007 cannot be guaranteed.
Reservations are made on a first come, first serve basis. Availability of rooms in each category is limited. Rates are in Euros (€) and are intended per room, per night.
The housing form must include first and last names of the occupant dates, room types and credit card details.
Confirmations
Confirmations will be sent on receipt of the housing request and payment. (Allow up to a minimum of seven days for mailing if there is no fax number or email address indicated on your request.)
Deposit Policy:
To guarantee your reservation, a deposit with a credit card (Visa, EuroCard/MasterCard or American Express) covering the first and last nights of your stay is required. Please indicate the participant’s name and “The World of Health IT 2007” on all payments.
The deposit will be charged by the hotel upon receipt of the rooming list and posted to your hotel account.
This deposit will not be refundable after 6 October 2007.
No purchase orders or checks are accepted. Bank transfers will be accepted upon request.
Each guest will be responsible for the room, tax, breakfast and all incidentals.
Change and Cancellation Policy:
Please note that all changes and cancellation should be made to the World of Health IT Registration Team via fax + 32 2 743 15 84 or email registration@worldofhealthit.org.
All changes are subject to the availability and discretion of the hotel. MCI Brussels reserves the right to accept or refuse a change, based on hotel capacity.
In the event that changes are not made in compliance with the terms herein, you will be directly and fully responsible to the hotel for any or all fees or charges imposed.
A handling fee of EUR 50 will be charged for every modification made between 14 September and 6 October 2007. For any cancellation made after 14 September, MCI will charge a total of 100% of the total stay value.
No cancellation or modification will be accepted after 6 October 6 2007.
No shows will be charged in full
