Registration Policies

By registering, I agree to all the terms and conditions set forth below. Non compliance will result in registration without refund.

*REGISTRATION DEADLINES *

All registration and payments received now through 21 September 2007, the normal registration rate will apply. After 21 September 2007, you may register and pay the onsite fee. Delegates who register after 21 September 2007 will not have their names appear in the attendee roster distributed onsite.

* REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION *

Upon receipt of your registration, we will send you a confirmation via email within 3 – 5 business days.  If you do not hear from us after 5 days, please send an email to registration@worldofhealthit.org

* CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY *

Cancellation before 21 September 2007 - € 100.00 administrative fee

Cancellation after 21 September 2007 - 100% of the registration fee will be
forfeited.

Reinstating of registration is not permitted after cancellation. You will need to register again. If you cancel and are entitled to a refund, expect a refund within 30 days post conference. Refunds are based strictly on registration only. No refunds for optional events or education will be given. Registrants unable to attend may send a substitute. If substitute is not a member, the non-member fee will apply. This must be made in writing to the World of Health IT Registrar via fax: + 32 2 743 1584 or email: registration@worldofhealthit.org.

*MODIFICATION OF REGISTRATION *

Please note a handling fee of €100 will be charged for every modification made after 21 September 2007. All modifications must be received by the World of Health IT Registrar in writing.

*PAYMENT *

Our online registration site is a secured site. Major credit cards such as American Express, VISA and Euro/MasterCard are accepted.

* SECURITY *

For security reasons, all registrants will be issued a badge onsite which are required to be worn at all times during the conference and any organized functions. Badge swapping is strictly not allowed. Anyone found wearing a badge that does not match their identification will be evicted from the conference with no refund.

The organisers reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any programmes and to close registrations when programmes are sold out. For these reasons, registrants are advised against purchasing non refundable airline tickets.

Should The World of Health 07 Conference & Exhibition be cancelled, your registration fee will not be refunded but will automatically be applied to the next event.
