Don’t delay, make your hotel arrangements today. Secure hotel rooms for you and your staff through the official World of Health IT secretariat, MCI, by Friday 17 August and earn 10 Exhibitor Priority Points!

Hotel rooms are going quickly and should be reserved prior to 19 September.

ALL EXHIBITORS are required to book their hotels through The World of Health IT’s official housing company, MCI. Any exhibitor who does not go through The World of Health ITs official housing block will have all badges denied.

2. 17 August 2007 – Exhibitor Product & Services Directory- Earn 10 Exhibitor Priority Points!

Complete your exhibitor profile by Friday 17 August and earn 10 Exhibitor Priority Points! On The World of Health IT Web site we have created a space for attendees to learn from you about your company. You will be able to include your company logo, booth number, main contact person, address, city, state/province, country, telephone number, Web site and a 50 word description of your company.

Please visit The World of Health IT Exhibitor Product & Services Directory to complete your company profile. To access your company’s profile, you will need your username and password which was sent to you by Christina Luke in your booth confirmation letter.

3. 4 September 2007 - Product Tutorial Information Due

Don’t miss your opportunity to speak in front of attendees about your product or service.

Product Tutorials are 45-minute case study presentations hosted by clients of exhibiting companies that will showcase some of the most dynamic and innovative healthcare IT solutions in the industry. These sessions will be held in theatres located on the exhibition floor during exhibit hours.  

If you have already signed up for a Product Tutorial, please remember that your Product Tutorial title, abstract, presenter information, including credentials, title, and company, are all due on 7 September. This information will be included in the onsite brochures that will be given to all attendees and will be placed on The World of Health IT website.  Session information submitted after this date will not be included in onsite materials.

* all booths must be completely set by 13:00, we will be opening the show floor at 18:00 for the opening reception.
- Service center will be open to exhibitors from 8:00-17:00 Sunday and Monday

7. Exhibitor Badge Registration

Exhibitor Badge Registration will open online for exhibitors the second week of August.

Each exhibitor badge and client badge will allow access into all conference education sessions and the Opening Reception. After your original allotment has been met, additional exhibitor badges may be purchased for €40 and additional client badges may be purchased for €80.

10. Interoperability Showcase

The Interoperability Showcase features cutting-edge technology and standards that create an interactive environment where attendees experience interoperability of healthcare  IT systems.  Attendees will be able to create their electronic health record and access it across multiple healthcare settings within the Showcase.  Clinical scenarios will be enabled by the standards based Integrating the Healthcare Enterprise (IHE) framework.

11. Vendor Headquarters space is limited…Don’t Delay!

Meeting space is scarce; secure a Vendor Headquarters space for private meetings with clients.  Exhibiting companies can choose a 3m x  6m  location or expand the vendor headquarter space to your specifications.  Each vendor headquarter booth space includes four hard walls with a lockable door and an identification sign with your company logo.

15. Meeting Room and Hotel Suite Request Forms

The World of Health IT 2007 Conference & Exhibition brings together the largest gathering of healthcare information technology professionals.  In Vienna, The World of Health IT presents a great opportunity for exhibiting companies to hold meetings on shoulder dates in conjunction with The World of Health IT 2007 Conference & Exhibition.

  1. The World of Health IT has meeting space available immediately before and after the conference.
  2. Your clients and sales staff will already be in Vienna.
  3. Don’t miss this opportunity to combine two trips into one.
  4. Lower your travel and hotel costs by holding your meeting during the same week as The World of Health IT 2007

Only exhibiting companies may submit requests for space using  the Meeting Space Request and Hotel Suite Request forms. Meetings will not be approved during official conference dates and times. Room rental/function space fees, audiovisual and food & beverage fees  are the responsibility of the exhibiting company.  Companies contracting with third parties to plan their meeting should submit a letter of authorization, on company letterhead, to The World of Health IT identifying the firm selected to handle planning responsibilities. The World of Health IT welcomes communication from third party contractors but space will only be confirmed to the exhibiting company.
